<p>Reddy & Reddy Law Firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Corporate Department in Pune. The position is full-time and on-site, with a requirement of two to three years of relevant corporate law experience.</p><h2>About the Organisation</h2><p>Reddy & Reddy Law Firm is a Pune-based legal practice advising businesses and individuals on corporate, commercial, dispute resolution and other legal matters.</p><h2>Role</h2><p>The Corporate Associate will advise clients on commercial legal issues, support contract transactions and help manage regulatory and workplace compliance matters.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Advise business clients on contractual, regulatory and compliance questions.</li><li>Draft, review and negotiate commercial, service, consultancy, employment and confidentiality agreements.</li><li>Assist with employment and labour law advisory, HR policies and workplace compliance.</li><li>Research legislation, rules, notifications and case law to prepare legal opinions and research memoranda.</li><li>Assess legal and commercial risks and recommend practical solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, participate in meetings and prepare related notes.</li><li>Prepare notices, advisory reports, presentations and compliance checklists.</li><li>Manage assigned matters, records and trackers in collaboration with senior lawyers and the corporate team.</li></ul><h2>Eligibility / Requirements</h2><ul><li>LL.B. degree from a recognised university.</li><li>Two to three years of corporate law experience in a law firm advising corporate clients or an in-house legal team; this experience is mandatory.</li><li>Practical experience with corporate advisory and commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation.</li><li>Knowledge of corporate, employment and labour laws and related compliance procedures.</li><li>Sound business judgement and strong legal research, drafting, analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.</li></ul><h2>Location</h2><p>Pune, Maharashtra, India.
