<p><strong>NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors</strong> is inviting applications for an <strong>Associate – Corporate & Commercial Laws</strong> position in Delhi. The role is intended for early-career legal professionals with up to one year of post-qualification experience.</p><h2>About the Organisation</h2><p>NC Legal is a Delhi-based legal practice advising and representing clients on corporate and commercial matters, regulatory compliance, litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.</p><h2>Role</h2><p>The associate will support senior lawyers with corporate and commercial disputes, legal documentation, court and tribunal matters, and case management.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Assist senior counsel with court appearances, hearing preparation and matter management.</li><li>Draft legal notices, applications, pleadings and corporate or commercial documents.</li><li>Support filings, documentation and procedural compliance before courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).</li><li>Research legal issues, review judgments and prepare case notes.</li><li>Compile briefs and records and monitor developments in assigned matters.</li></ul><h2>Eligibility / Requirements</h2><ul><li>0–1 year of post-qualification legal experience.</li><li>Basic knowledge of corporate and commercial law and familiarity with NCLT/NCLAT proceedings.</li><li>Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.</li><li>Attention to detail, discipline and a dependable professional approach.</li></ul><h2>Working Schedule</h2><p>Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM.
