Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify risks and assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with departments to provide guidance on compliance-related issues and best practices.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters to promote a culture of compliance.
