About the role

Role Overview

The role supports organisational integrity and compliance by coordinating with law enforcement authorities, external legal counsel, and internal stakeholders. It involves maintaining records, supporting investigations into fraud and misconduct, managing workflows and vendor relationships, and conducting vigilance awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication and liaison with law enforcement authorities and external legal counsel within defined turnaround times.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to facilitate information flow and resolve issues.
• Maintain, analyze, and present Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of files and complaint details through consistent follow-ups.
• Manage workflows efficiently to meet or exceed turnaround-time expectations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Conduct training sessions and awareness programmes related to vigilance activities.
• Identify and investigate fraud, misconduct, corruption, and other employee-related malpractices.
• Conduct surprise checks and inspections to uphold organisational standards and detect irregularities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.
• Professional experience is preferred, particularly in vigilance, compliance, legal liaison, or internal investigations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with law enforcement and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in MIS reporting and data interpretation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Experience in vendor management and conducting training programmes is an advantage.
