Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements, non-disclosure agreements, SaaS agreements, and master service agreements.
- Apply knowledge of shareholders' agreements and share purchase agreements.
- Handle legal matters independently.
- Liaise with investors and send periodic reports.
- Coordinate with trademark attorneys on registrations and renewals.
- Draft agreements and coordinate with legal partners.
- Manage banking activities and related paperwork.
- Prepare and maintain documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Desired skills and experience include contract management, statutory compliance, and litigation.
