Role Overview
The role provides legal and compliance support for business operations in the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities span commercial contracts, regulatory and corporate matters, employment, privacy, governance, risk management, disputes, litigation, internal investigations, and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal and compliance support to business operations across commercial, regulatory, corporate, employment, privacy, and governance matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and legal documentation to support business objectives and mitigate risk.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on compliance initiatives, risk management activities, internal investigations, and policy implementation.
- Manage disputes, litigation, and relationships with external counsel while safeguarding organisational interests and ensuring legal compliance.
- Support corporate governance, stakeholder training, and strategic projects to contribute to effective decision-making and business growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in law from a recognised institution.
- Only candidates with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience should apply.
- Proven expertise in handling legal matters within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Experience in legal and compliance frameworks within the Africa and Middle East region.

- Candidates must be based in Pune or be open to relocating to or travelling to Pune.
