The role supports commercial contract management through redline review of non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, terms and conditions, statements of work, purchase orders and other IT contracts. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct redline reviews of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Review master services agreements (MSAs) and terms and conditions.
- Review statements of work (SoWs), purchase orders (POs) and various IT contracts.
- Review commercial contracts originating from regions including the United Kingdom, Asia and Australia.
Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
- More than three years of experience in commercial contract management.
- Good command of language and strong drafting skills.
