Role Overview
The role involves advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, conducting legal research, drafting and negotiating legal documents, leading due diligence exercises, and supporting regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate and commercial transactions.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and legal documents.
- Lead due diligence exercises and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic advisory services.
- Monitor developments in applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognised Indian university.
- 3–5 years of experience at a law firm or in an in-house legal team.
- Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, privacy and data protection, and labour and employment law.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- Strong client communication and legal advisory capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
